The CCS Leadership Training for Athletes Program is proud to continue our 5K Color Run/Walk by going virtual this year with the Cooperstown Virtual 5K Rainbow Run/Walk to support the Cooperstown Food Pantry. We encourage all participants to dress in bright colors to show your support of our essential workers and bring hope during these difficult times. This event serves as a way for our community to support our local food pantry. It's just one way you can help.
All participants completing the 5K Run/Walk will be able to pick up their finisher medal during a designated date/time that will be shared on our Cooperstown 5K Color Run/Walk Facebook Page.
Please respect any state and local protocols but also have a great time. We are also offering a Swag bag that can be purchased as you register. SWAG BAG option:
Submitting your run time:
1. Go to the results page, then select the results for your distance (5K). The ItsYourRace results page for your distance will appear.
- Find your name in the results for your distance. With your name, you will see an "Update Time" button. Click "Update Time".
- If you are not currently logged into ItsYourRace, a login window will appear. Log in using your ItsYourRace user ID (probably your email address) and password. Can't remember? Click "Forgot Your Password" to reset.
- Enter your time and click the "Save Your Time" button. That's it!

Come join the Leadership Training for Athletes program for a 5K Color Run/Walk to help raise money for the American Heart Association. Bring a friend or your entire family to join in the excitement of a 5K Color/Run walk event starting/finishing at Cooperstown Jr./Sr. High School track. This year's 5K run/walk will take place on school grounds.
This 5K Color Run/Walk will start and finish at Cooperstown Jr./Sr. High School Track and take participants around the school grounds. The Cooperstown Central School Leadership Training for Athletes program is hosting this event as a fundraiser for the American Heart Association. There will be 4 color splash stations as you complete the 5K course.
